Will it break if I drop it?
Yes, it may break or chip if it is dropped, especially on harder surfaces. It is made of glass and, therefore, requires care to be taken. It is better to have someone to help you to put the jewelry on and hold the glass for safety if you are worried about dropping it. You might anticipate that you may drop it while putting it on and do so over a soft surface such as a carpeted area, bed or your lap.
Can I get a longer leather cord for a necklace?
Mostly, the answer is yes; we can. Please send us a request with the exact length you need, first prior an order, and we will suggest the next steps.
Can I get a shorter leather cord for a necklace?
We designed a double tube cord length setter and stopper at each necklace, so you can always adjust exact length that you need. If you really want the cord ends to be shorter, please, send us a request prior an order.
Can I customize the size of a leather bracelet?
We have some limitation around this matter because we use special stencils to cut a leather piece. So, please, send us a request first to look at our design and see what we can do for you.

How to determine the suitable bracelet length?
- To measure the wrist circumference (internal perimeter that you should use to select the bracelet), please, use a flexible measuring tape, paper strip or a string.

Please, measure your wrist just above the wrist bone, where you plan to wear the bracelet, like it’s shown on the picture below:
- While measuring the wrist circumference, be sure that the tape is comfortable for you.

Remember the measured size and check the sizing chart below to choose the suitable bracelet.

For example: if you measure a wrist circumference of 170 mm you will check the table for the 172mm.
The correct length depends on how you like to wear your bracelet, looser or tighter. Most customers prefer to buy a tight bracelet because it can loosen a little bit while wearing and take the shape of your wrist.
Our bracelets are available in two sizes for each type: small bracelet has two sizes such as 172mm and 184mm, medium bracelet has two sizes such as 178mm and 190mm.
